How do I place a return or exchange?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re sorry you didn’t love your bicknow. Please reach out to Support@bicknow.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Help! I can\u2019t find my return slip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t worry\u2014bicknow packages don\u2019t include return slips. Just reach out to Support@bicknow.com and we\u2019ll help you place your return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your return policy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day time frame, please reach out to Support@bicknow.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long does it take to process a return?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at Support@bicknow.com and we\u2019ll be sure to get you ordered!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your return process if I\u2019m not happy with the product?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you did not receive a return label, please send an e-mail to Support@bicknow.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to Support@bicknow.com before returning your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
